About Us
Founded in 1969 by Larry E. Rowlee, we are a family run General Contractor business in the Central New York area. What started on the sweat and toil of our founder L.E. Rowlee, based on his skills as a fine craftsman building local area custom homes, we have grown to working in the area factories and businesses of the owners of the homes that he built.
As the times and demands of customers have changed over the years we have evolved to meet these needs. With the influx of the second generation in the 1990's with sons Theodore E. and Taber L. Rowlee joining the company, we have built on the solid foundation of Larry’s hard work and have expanded our focus and energy for today’s lean, ever changing and demanding environment.
We are up to the challenge with hopes of showing what our company can do for you! For decades, we’ve provided general contracting services to our many loyal customers, who trust us to provide the highest quality of service available, on time and on budget.
